VISITOR INFORMATION
ANIMA is an immersive art-and-nature garden near Marrakech, combining landscape architecture, contemporary sculpture, and exotic planting across three hectares in the Ourika Valley. Created by Austrian artist André Heller, it blends botanical design with large-scale artworks and views of the Atlas Mountains.
ANIMA can be easily reached via a free shuttle service.

Open all year 9 am – 6 pm (09:00 – 18:00)
Closed during the Aid holidays:

ENTRANCE FEES
Adults: MAD 140,- / EUR 14,-
Children 12–16 years of age: MAD 60,- / EUR 6,-
Children 0–11 years of age: free
Local guests and residents: MAD 60,-
Credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard).

HOW TO GET TO ANIMA
From Marrakech: Drive along the surrounding wall direction Ourika/Oukaimeden. After 27 km there is a TOTAL service station on the left. After 1 km you’ll see the sign ANIMA. Turn right and follow the unpaved road for another 500 m.
From Ourika: Exit Ourika towards Marrakech. Next to the Hotel Le Beau Site turn right. Turn left an follow the non paved road to ANIMA.

Is ANIMA suitable for children?
Yes. ANIMA is well suited for families: shaded paths, open spaces to explore and a café for breaks. Children under 12 enter free. Plan 2–3 hours, with shorter loops available for younger visitors.

The Café Marocain Paul Bowles invites you to enjoy fresh fruit juice, fine teas and delicious pastries – made with ingredients grown in ANIMA!
